Emory Wine Shop Launches Wine Dinners with Local Chef
Chef India Ramos is partnering with those crazy Corkscrew Sisters to bring you #AtTheTableATL and wine dinner series starting this Sunday. The wine dinners will re-occur weekly at The Purple Corkscrew Wine Room every Sunday and Monday. this is a first come, first served event with aproximately 16 total spaces available. Small and intimate is what they are going for. You can make your reservation through TicketLeap.com. Take a look at the amazing menu and wine pairings. This is an experience like none other in the heart of Druid Hils.

New Wine Shop to Open in Emory Village Thanksgiving
Sisters Steffini Bethea and Kellie Owens, owners of The Purple Corkscrew Wine Room & Lounge, are now embarking on a new venture! “We always wanted to open a wine shop so when the space became available in the building adjacent to our existing business we knew it was perfect timing.” The Purple Corkscrew Wine Shop will feature up to 100 boutique wines and select craft beers for the Emory and Druid Hills locals. The anticipated opening date is November 25, 2013 just in time for the holidays and Beaujolais season! Stay tuned for more details….

Like the wine we serve, we hope to improve with age. What better place to start than by giving back to the community that made all our success possible? We thought the best way to do this was to donate 10% of o
ur wine sales to a worthy cause. After asking ourselves the question, ‘what can we give to a community that already seems to have everything?’ we decided that the proceeds of this event should go towards the completion of the park that’s under construction in Emory Village. Here’s the best part: YOU guys get to help us in our efforts! So stop by our store location (1445 Oxford Road NE Atlanta, GA 30307) between Saturday, April 27th and Saturday, May 4th to give us a hand. Have a glass of your old favorite or be bold and try something new and exciting like our Gunsight Rock Cabernet Sauvignon. You’ll be glad you did!
